Since 2011, Lynne has collaborated with a diverse set of clients in the non-profit, public and co-operative sectors. As a senior consultant, she brings a high degree of professionalism and diligence to all projects and assignments, while continually scanning for new innovations or research that can add value to each project she undertakes.
Prior to starting up Interlocus, Lynne led and managed a number of national non-profit organizations such as the HR Council for the Non-Profit Sector, the Canadian Co-operative Association and the National Anti-Poverty Organization.
She started her career as an educator, working as a schoolteacher, principal, curriculum consultant for the Department of Education and as Special Assistant to the Minister of Education.
Lynne has also been a member of various advisory boards and commissions such as the Task Force on the Future of the Financial Services Sector in Canada and the Voluntary Sector Initiative.
She is fluently bilingual in both official languages.
Aurèle has over 25 years of experience in the field of management consulting, having founded, managed and acted as senior consultant for PGF Consultants Inc., which he sold 3 years ago. He has acted as lead consultant for over 500 projects with various institutions, governments and non-profits, in all provinces and territories. He has also worked with various clients in over 20 countries across the world.
His areas of expertise are project management, strategic planning, change management, organizational development and capacity building , as well as providing strategic advice and coaching.
Prior to his tenure with PGF, Aurèle’s career path included management positions within government and in the non-profit sector, at both the provincial and national levels.
He is fluently bilingual in both official languages.
